Nersheba is the web development arm of Nevaeh Solutions. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or contact us, and how we handle it.

2. Information we collect

When you submit a project enquiry, we collect the organisation, project, timing, investment and contact details you provide. With your consent, Google Analytics 4 collects limited site-usage data, but we do not send your form answers or contact details to analytics.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to assess and respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver our services and improve our website. Enquiries are stored in Neon Postgres and notifications are sent through Amazon SES. We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.

4. How long we keep it

Project enquiry records are scheduled for deletion after 24 months. Information that becomes part of a client engagement may be retained separately where required for delivery, legal or accounting obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
