Nersheba is the web development arm of Nevaeh Solutions. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or contact us, and how we handle it.
2. Information we collect
When you submit a project enquiry, we collect the company name, work email, organisation type, project summary, privacy consent and any optional website address you provide. Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited technical data to protect the form from abuse. With your consent, Google Analytics 4 collects limited site-usage and campaign-attribution data. We never send form answers or contact details to analytics.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to assess and respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver our services and improve our website. Project enquiries are delivered to our team by email through Amazon SES. We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.
4. Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and provides security and Turnstile abuse protection. Amazon SES delivers project-enquiry emails. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. These providers process information under their own security and privacy obligations.
5. How long we keep it
We retain project enquiry emails only for as long as needed to respond, manage a potential or active engagement, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
